SHIPPING POLICY
At this time, I do not offer international shipping.
However, if demand increases, this policy may be adjusted 😉

Shipping fee is $5 for all orders via standard shipping.

Sizing kits will not be charged a shipping fee.​

USPS standard shipping for all orders.

Express Shipping available for a $10 fee via fastest available service (UPS, USPS, FEDEX).

Shipping time on average is 3-7 business days via standard shipping.

Shipping time on average is 1-3 business days via express shipping.

Once package is scanned into carrier system, Pressed By Isobae is not responsible for the package.

Returned packages will be required to pay for shipping again.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the personal nature of the products offered, returns/exchanges will not be accepted. Please contact me via instagram or email for any issues or concerns with your order.

Order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, no refund will be issued.

Your order cannot be changed after order confirmation.

There will be no refund due to customer sizing errors. Sizing is the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect shipping address cannot be changed after order is sent out. If sent to the wrong address, the customer must pay $5 for the order to be reshipped.

Pressed By Isobae is not responsible for shipping carrier errors. Once the order is scanned into the carrier's system, it is no longer Pressed By Isobae's responsibility.

If I am unable to fulfill a design request, I will work with you to find a solution or issue you a refund.

If your press-ons arrive damaged or broken, please send a photo or video of the damaged nails to pressedbyisobae@gmail.com. I will replace any damaged nails free of charge, however, I do ask that customers pay a shipping charge.
